You retain ownership of the content and applications you build. We retain ownership of the david platform and all related intellectual property.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.
